# Quick Start

## Meeting mode

1. Provide a topic.
2. Let AI suggest roles.
3. Review the suggested roles.
4. Edit the roles or context if needed.
5. Start the meeting.
6. Read one standalone message per speaker turn.
7. Intervene if the discussion needs to change direction.

### Example meeting topics

- Evaluate a new product idea
- Review a technical architecture
- Decide whether to invest in a strategic direction
- Check a pricing or business model change

## Single-role mode

1. Choose a role, such as `real_powell`.
2. Provide a topic.
3. Add context if you want a sharper answer.
4. Read the role's direct judgment.

## Best practice

- Use `real_powell` when you want synthesis and hard judgment.
- Use `gstack_commercial` when you want commercial pressure testing.
- Use `gstack_technical` when you want technical pessimism.
- Use `gstack_ux` when you want friction and usability scrutiny.

## Message style

Keep each role turn as a separate message.
This is the cleanest format for reading, scanning, and interrupting.
