- The 13:50:54 mtime on the daily brief file corresponds to a manual rerun after the file was initially missing; the morning cron likely did not successfully land the final file.
- Obsidian/WebDAV sync itself appears to be working; the user can now see the file in Obsidian, so the remaining issue was generation timing / successful write, not sync.
